Ethan:

Personally, I am really impressed with your focal point for your macro photo. The way you were able to capture as much detail as possible was very impressive. The define droplets on the plant make is easy for the eye to see that they were your main focal point. And although the background is the same color, you were able to contrast and blur adequately and not lose your shot. I think the droplets at the top of the photo could have been fixed so that they weren't as blurred out as they are now. Overall, great work!

Abigail:

The picture that caught my eye the most was the black & white self portrait. Having a black & white picture with lights involved is a really good idea. It makes the viewer not only look at the person in the photo but also brings attention to the light source. Also, having this extra white light really gave the picture more contrast. I thought this was a great idea for photography and gave me ideas for the future.

Taj:

Your still life picture was a little simple but, I think it had the perfect about of lighting. The flowers you used seemed unintentionally place and the brown stool in the back ground made the color of the flowers pop even more. If I had to give a critique, I would have to say that the picture could have been cropped a little more; especially in the back where the white wall is. Did you use natural lighting?
